Alliance Series

Prudential wanted to create testimonial videos based around people whose retirement dreams were made possible through Prudential products. The footage would be interspersed with illustrated scenes, helping to build up a more robust narrative around the interviewees.

The footage received was not great, but the team I was working with took this as a creative challenge. To help compensate, the illustrated scenes would need to carry their weight visually. Using gradients, ambient lighting effects, and depth of field — the illustrated visuals helped elevate the testimonial footage and create a more engaging visual narrative for the viewer.

The final series of videos merged testimonial footage with the illustrated scenes to create a compelling narrative promoting the Prudential line of products.
